My single room at the back of the premises in the roof was small, but it had a charming character to it. The rooks and jackdaws perched on the roof provided a unique and picturesque view, although their morning noise took some getting used to. The Sunshine Italian restaurant on-site, run by Fabio, was absolutely exceptional. It was one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to, and the breakfast served there was top-notch. The freshly brewed real Italian coffee was a delightful way to start the day. The wide choice of breakfast options and the excellent quality made it a memorable dining experience.
